Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Culture Technology at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), supervised by Prof. Woontack Woo and Prof. Sang Ho Yoon. My research focuses on 3D hand interactions for augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), with an emphasis on the precise selection and manipulation of virtual objects. I am passionate about enabling users to interact accurately with virtual objects, even in complex AR/VR environments where diverse content coexists. My work integrates sensing technologies, interaction design, and user studies to develop interaction strategies for enhanced precision and usability. Looking ahead, I am particularly interested in integrating AR/VR technologies with interactive entertainment, such as games and theme park attractions, to create immersive and magical experiences. Feel free to reach out to learn more about my research and projects.

Outside of research, I like exploring systems with personality:I spend my spare time playing video and board games🎮🎲, noodling on guitar🎸, learning new sports❄️, and herding three cats😺.
